I know why I bake. I love seeing others enjoying my deserts. It does not matter if they eat the cake and leave the icing, they still where sated by my treat.
I have lots of fun baking and cooking. The fun part for me is all the mixing and pouring. I do not like cleaning up though. I do do things that help me. For example I will: Turn On some music and dance or only let myself try what I made till it is all cleaned up. I hope that my strategies help you when you are baking too.
